Architectural Improvement Program
The City's Economic Development Division utilizes its Site Selection Notebook, Communiversity Information & Business Incentive Guidelines to encourage business growth and tax diversification. DeKalb is committed to ensuring that the City’s high quality of life is maintained through sustainable growth, development is environmentally sensitive while preserving the cultural heritage of the community, and the City is allowed to protect its own unique character. The City of DeKalb has a number of commercial/industrial sites ready for development!
DeKalb County Economic Deveopment Corporation is a public/private partnership working to facilitate sustainable and diversified economic growth within DeKalb County. It provides information and assistance, to industry, business and developers seeking to expand or locate in the county. It also advises county, city, village and town officials on development objectives and policies.
