Facade Improvement Program Overview

 

 

The Architectural Improvement Program is designed to aesthetically enhance the marketplace environment and promote quality investment use and maintenance of commercial buildings in the downtown and the surrounding area by making funds available for appropriate exterior rehabilitation.  This program, provided as matching funds, has been approved by the DeKalb City Council in recognition of the positive impact that architectural improvements can have on the overall appearance, quality and vitality of the downtown and the surrounding area.
