South side of Lincoln Hwy, just north of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks between South 1st Street and South 2nd Street. (2-Hour spaces and 15-min spaces; no parking between 2am and 6am Monday and Wednesday)

 

Lot #3  
South side of Lincoln Hwy, north of Grove Street, between South 3rd Street and South 4th Street. (12-Hour and 2-Hour spaces; No parking 2:00am to 6am Tuesday and Thursday)

North side of Lincoln Hwy, between North 2nd Street and North 3rd Street. (2-Hour spaces; no parking between 2am and 6am Monday and Wednesday)
